Delta-Therm
is UL listed as an industrial control panel designer and
manufacturer. We provide enclosed contactors, pre-wired contactor
panels, and custom design control/monitor panels. The custom panels
can be designed for specific applications, heating products used,
and customer needs, with many design options available. The panels
can be used separately or in conjunction with Delta-Therm heat trace
systems.

Enclosure NEMA 1: 10"x10"x4"
Contains: two 4 pole contactor rated at 50A (resistive)
Controls: 4 circuits at 208/240/480VAC or 8 circuits at 120/277VAC
DT-12P40A:
Enclosure NEMA 1: 12"x12"x4"
Contains: three 4 pole contactor rated at 50A (resistive)
Controls: 6 circuits at 208/240/480VAC or 12 circuits at 120/277VAC
Custom Control/Monitor Panels
Panels can monitor voltage, current, temperature, and/or
continuity. Indicators can be visible (colored lights), audible
(alarm horn), remote (typically dry contacts, digital display, or a
combination of the above.
Panels can include main and branch circuits, contactors, ground
fault protection, space for future circuits, and fully equipped
positions for future circuits.
Panels can be indoor, rain proof, waterproof (hose-down areas),
corrosion resistant, explosion proof, for any NEMA category.
